About Jill
Yoga Teacher, Systemic Constellations FACILITATOR & PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC Counsellor
yoga
I have studied and practiced yoga and embodied movement for over 15 years, meeting my teacher Florence in Aberdeen, and going on to practice with Diane Long in the hills of Umbria, where I decided this would be a big part of my path. I offer Somatic and Scaravelli-inspired Yoga, Elemental Flow,Restorative Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Women's Yoga Therapy (Yoni Shakti), and send deep gratitude for the teachers who've supported my learning & growth (Catherine Annis, Uma-Dinsmore Tuli, Leila Sadeghee and many other beacons of wisdom).
Yoga offers a wide and deep toolkit, tending to physical, emotional, mental, subtle and spiritual aspects of Self. My Yoga sessions are infused with cyclical wisdom, meditation, mantra, and movement led from the inside out, supporting my students to connect with deep pools of strength, ease, trust and inner knowing.

Family constellations
The seed of constellations work dropped in for me at Triyoga in London, where I had a taster session with experienced systemic psychotherapist, Nicola Dunn. A few years later, I was exploring the limitations of conditioning and trans-generational patterns on a yoga immersion. A picture of my maternal Grandad sat on my altar for over a year, and the grief and tears just kept coming. I later discovered he was orphaned at age 12 and didn't speak a word of it. I was captivated, and went on to train with the Centre for Systemic Constellations (CSC) in Bristol and London from 2021-2023. I have since supported the applied level and trauma trainings with the CSC, hosted group workshops, and offer regular 1-2-1 sessions online and in Bristol.
cOUNSELLINg & Psychotherapy
With every part of my working life pointing to deeper somatic understanding, relational attunement, ritual, movement and wellbeing, I knew it was time to deepen the toolkit again, and train as a therapist.
This allows me to pour compassion into my mentoring, coaching and teaching, and is a place for spirituality, psychology, and humanity to meet in all their nuanced layers. I will complete my training with Sweet Track Counselling, Glastonbury, in May 2026, and am a registered trainee therapist with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
