Part 1
A deep feeling of satisfaction, taking responsibility for your own growth without rush or fanfare, trusting the multi-cyclical timing of the unique soul that you are, time to enjoy mundane experiences like doing the laundry, watering the plants, walking to the local grocer to get a juicy grapefruit and a pint of milk. Ignoring at will any nonsense or distraction that might take you away from the sweetness of enjoying your own being. And, time to step into joyful, peak experiences when the moment and energy is right. The type of feeling that seems to go hand in hand with gratitude for the tiny and often overlooked gifts right under your nose, that seems to be defiant in the face of how much you have, and how much you strive, and how much you think you know. A feeling that often comes about when no one else is looking, and sometimes when they are. One that can make your smile stretch into the great beyond, or just as easily cause your eyes to well with salty water. When you feel so centred in your own strength and humility, and in your essential nature, it would be close to impossible for anyone to convince you to add anything or take anything away. A comfort and grace with all that is being undone in you, and being done through you. A revolutionary act, in a world that packages up your every thought, feeling and insecurity, and sells it back to you with the shiny allure of the perfect life you could be living instead of the one you are. Santosha. Abiding contentment. Exquisite acceptance.
