Counselling & Psychotherapy

Good therapeutic support is less about one approach being better than another, and more about building a relationship of trust, where you know that what you are bringing is held with care, respect and dignity.  It creates the conditions for meaningful change, and invites you into a professional, human to human collaboration, that holds the possibility of the future being different to the past.

​Life can serve up all sorts of disorientating events and inner disturbances.  You don't need to have it figured out before-hand.  Sometimes people arrive with a clear issue, often its difficult to put into words, or becoming too complex to hold alone.  This might include things like:​

HOW I WORK

My approach is integrative and person-centered, with an emphasis on depth, presence, and the therapeutic relationship as a space for meaningful change. 

Alongside this foundation, I draw from somatic and body-based approaches, trauma and systemic awareness, and integrate creative, practical and reflective tools from different traditions where they feel supportive.  Working in a holistic and flexible way, we are not limited by a particular theory or framework, but can draw on what is naturally arising and meaningful to you.

Practical next steps

Please download and return the below form if you would like to explore starting therapy, or book a constellations session. These details will be kept in confidence and used to assess suitability for an initial 20-30 minute assessment/connection call.
