FITNESS & SOUL INFUSION -
Autumn DAY RETREAT IN OXFORDSHIRE
Register your interest for dates in Spring 2023 by emailing [email protected].
This outdoor retreat day offers a fun and deeply down-to-earth collaboration with Jill from Heart & Roots, and Leah from Fitness At The Farm.
Join us in person, down on the farm in Oxfordshire for this one day retreat. The line-up will include dynamic and restful yoga sessions, with a chance to explore and get to know your relationship with different types of movement. There will be an all-levels fitness session, a warming and healthy shared lunch, and slow meditative soul-soothing practices to acknowledge the switch of seasons.
The fitness and yoga combo in the morning will give you a chance to revitalise the body by building heat and strength, as well as freeing your patterns, increasing awareness and releasing tension.
We will share food together over lunch, made by Leah's fair and nutritionally switched on hands, making new connections and nourishing our insides! The afternoon will continue with more slow and soulful practices, including yoga nidra, sound and creativity sessions, the perfect way to set intentions for the season and take time to listen to your body and heart.
The day will run 10-4pm, and we suggest you arrive 10 minutes early to gather your stuff together ready for the first yoga practice. You might want to bring a layer change, and lots of cosy layers and blankets/bolsters or cushions for snuggling into the afternoon, maybe even a hot water bottle, depending on the weather at the time. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Jill has been teaching elemental flow and Scaravelli yoga for over 12 years, and is sure to weave in some delicious feeling creative moves that awaken your senses. She will also be offering sound, nidra and meditation in the afternoon accompanied by the harmonium.
Leah's philosophy of fitness, is "being active for fun, eating for joy" - which we couldn't be more on board with! We both love movement and workouts that are aligned with kindness to self, so we thought coming together was a great idea, and sure you will too.
We can’t wait to gather and offer ways to tend to your needs for movement, rest and reflection, coming together for this beautifully curated day of practices.
Joining this retreat, you will also receive a gift of Heart & Roots Rose-Infused Salt Baths, and a free short PDF guide to Getting Started with Meditation Practice.
