Jill from Heart & Roots and Leah from Fitness At The Farm have teamed up to offer you this online 4-week program, to support you feeling great as we switch seasons.
Autumn can often feel like a mini moment for renewal, with a clear intention of centring our own wellbeing. We have created this fitness and soul infusion programme, to tend to the levels of mind, body and spirit.
The fitness sessions are designed to help you grow your strength and sweat off stagnant energy. Leah will help you learn to move in a way that nurtures your body, using resistance rather than impact to help build up heat in those muscles.
The yoga sessions will help free your movement and find loving kindness towards yourself, and the short, easy to integrate meditation sessions invite a deeper soul-centred awareness to give you the resources you need through autumn and into winter.
You don’t need any prior experience of yoga, meditation or fitness to take part in this - options for different levels of experience will be offered throughout.
Two different styles of yoga will be offered– one stronger, elemental flow, to explore and create energy in the body, and one Scaravelli inspired practice to slow down and notice the body-mind relationship that underpins so much of our way of being in the world. Jill has over 12 years of teaching practice, and works with the principle of yoga being a route to self-knowledge and union (not just postures). You are welcome to reach out for suggestions to explore for what you are personally working with throughout the four weeks (whether on the physical, emotional or spiritual layers).
The whole programme runs over 4 weeks and consists of:
2 x 60 min guided online Yoga Classes
2 x 60 min guided online Fitness Classes
(these 4 sessions will run on alternating weeks Thursdays 8-9pm)
5 x 30 min meditations (one a week- Monday 7.30-8am)
All sessions will be recorded so you can watch on catch up.
Current programme schedule and dates are as follows:
Morning Soul Meditations – Monday’s 7.30am-8am
3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st of October (5th one marking the close of program)
Yoga Sessions – Thursday’s 8pm-9pm
13th & 27th October
Fitness Sessions - Thursday’s 8pm-9pm
6th & 20th October
Joining this online retreat, you will also receive a gift of Heart & Roots Rose-Infused Salt Baths, and a free short PDF guide to Getting Started with Meditation Practice.
There will also be an optional Whatsapp Group to support you and share what is working well or what is feeling tricky.
