Women's Wisdom
In the Womb of every Woman, lies a deep and natural connection to the Source of all Life.
Between our hips and legs, there's a space of untapped intuitive and spiritual knowing.
A place of pleasure, change, creativity. A place of great sensitivity, and sometimes great shame, endings and pain.
When this connection was first awoken in me, I cried for days.
And I'm still so grateful for the Circles of Women tenderly bringing me back to the unacknowledged rhythm of my Womb and Yoni for wellbeing and healing.
Women's Wisdom is an invitation to connect deeply to the cycles of bleeding, emotions, the moon, fertility, and creativity. It's also an invitation to consider our connection to Self in the context of the last several hundred years of body oppression, and start acknowledging and clearing where those threads still hold now.
In honouring the natural cycles of the feminine, and ever-changing rhythms, we can deepen feelings of wellbeing and joy, and ease the physical or emotional discomfort related to our cycles.
Our approach to this work is Trauma-sensitive, and we're aware of how tragically common it is to be tending to this healing in the context of physical or sexual abuse. You are invited to take your time and set the boundaries of what you need and when.
