My Yoga sessions are infused with cyclical and energetic wisdom, movement guided from the inside out, meditation and mantra. I love to support students in connecting with deep pools of strength, ease, trust and inner knowing.
I offer weekly Yoga sessions in Bristol, as well as 1-1 sessions, regular workshops and retreats.

Join Jill in Bedminster for the next 12 week All Levels and Beginners Yoga blocks.
We will lay the foundations and build on a steady yoga practice, introducing the key principles of breath, physical postures, and kind meditative awareness, including looking at the essentials of practicing contentment, self-awareness and trust.
All bodies are welcome.

These new monthly sessions are a chance to dive deeper into some of the most enlivening, strong, glorious and playful postures. You don't need to call yourself an advanced yogi to join in either!
The sessions will be accessible, and we will go step by step, making the path into tricky inversions and arm balances grounded, clear, safe and fun. Maybe you miss more challenging Asanas in your general group classes? Maybe you are pretty agile from another movement discipline but never could work out how to approach crow or handstand? Or perhaps you want a bit of hands on guidance to feel more inwardly aware and powerful... These sessions will give you confidence and know-how to take away into your own practice, and maybe even a renewed lust for life! |
