We bring you grounded and accessible insights from Yoga so that you can make the right choices for you, and begin to uncover the connection with your own inner teacher.
I have studied and practiced Scaravelli Yoga, Elemental Flow, Restorative Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Women's Yoga Therapy for over 12 years now. My practice and teaching is also infused with meditation and mantra.
These sessions can support simply to enjoy the body more, to recover from physical injury, to support with anxiety, depression and other emotional or mental issues, or to deepen an existing devotional practice by expanding your learning and knowledge in all dimensions.
